Welcome to Ryder Plus Rowan! Here is where you will find commonly asked questions. 

Shipping 

All orders have a 3-6 week turn around time before shipping. Embroidered items can take 2-7 weeks before shipping. Some orders may have a slight delay as fabric from a few suppliers are arriving later than usual due to Covid-19. Thank you for your patience!

At checkout please select between domestic shipping on first class orders (2-5 day delivery), or priority/ priority express (1-3 day.) Due to Covid-19 there may be delays in shipping at this time. Once the order is dropped off at USPS it is out of our hands. I will do my best to assist you in the situation that an order is lost or damaged. 

Returns/Exchanges

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving order. All refunds/returns/exchanges for our pieces are decided on a case-by-case basis. I want you to be thrilled with your purchase & will do what I can to help you be happy. If an item is defective or the wrong size we will gladly exchange any defective merchandise as long as the item is returned within 15 days since the day you received your order and is unused, unwashed, and original condition. Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) in the case of a return. Once I receive and inspect the item(s) and make sure that it is in great condition, I will issue the refund.

To avoid any possibilities of a return, please double check your order before checkout to make sure that you selected all the correct options for your piece(s), including size. Please don't hesitate to ask any sizing questions before ordering, we are always happy to help assist!
